Hi,
I've got an SR number which was raised by a previous employee. How can I follow up on this or get information about the solution?
Also, how can I get my account affiliated with my company?

Hi Rachel,
You can mail to the corresponding Customer Support Engineer who is working for that SR to change the contact of the SR and assign you the account affiliation with your company.
Hope the Customer Support Engineer can help you on this as he is the person providing the support for your SR.

Thanks for that. However, I do not even know who the Customer Support Engineer is. The previous employee didn't leave a record of who to contact to follow up on the SR.

You can also call GCS directly using the appropriate phone number from here: https://pdn.pega.com/support-contact-information
The GCS engineer who answers should be able to look up the SR and provide you with the basic information on it and update it's details if necessary.
