Pega onboarding FW and KYC
Hi ,
Can some one explain me relation between below frame works.
Pega Onboarding for Financial Services 7.21
Financial Services Industry Foundation (FSIF) v7.17
Know Your Customer (KYC) v7.14
to capture data and to on board new customer all these 3 frameworks are mandatory? plz let me know.

Hi,
The Pega Onboarding for FS 7.21 (aka. Client Lifecycle Management) is the core application that orchestrates all the work related to onboarding activities. It is built on FS Industry Foundation (FSIF) from which it reuses a data model, a wide range of customer related screens, customer risk assessment and document collection functionality. The Know Your Customer (KYC) applicatoin is a core component of the Due Diligence stage of the onboarding journey. Data captured across the Capture and Enrich stages drives the applicable due diligence checks.
Is this question in relation to a specific customer or project?

So customer implementation application needs to be built on top of OBFS V21 and KYC7.14 , to get onboarding and diligence check.

I was reading your post. I have an urgent requirement to install CLM in base (vanilla) Pega 7.3 environment.
I have a few questions -
based on the installation guide for CLM : https://collaborate.pega.com/documents/pega-client-lifecycle-management-financial-services-731-installation-guide
I see that to install CLM we need to install the following sequencially on Pega base 7.3 version ---
1. Install Pega 7.3 or later - already present base Pega 7.3 instance
2. Install and verify Pega Foundation for Financial Services 7.31 --> Need to Install
3. Install and verify Product Designer for Financial Services 7.31 --> Need to Install
4. Install and verify Pega Know Your Customer for Financial Services 7.31. --> Need to Install
5. Install Pega Know Your Customer Regulatory Compliance for Financial Services 17.1 --> Need to Install

Or installing Pega-client-lifecycle-management-731 alone is sufficient on top of Vanilla Pega 7.3.
Is Pega-client-lifecycle-management-731 built on the above mentioned frameworks automatically or we need to install them seperately in the order I mentioned above --> To have a CLM ready environment.
Would really wait for a feedback from your end.
