The Document option is not available from the Designer Studio Application > Tools menu

The Document option is not available from the Designer Studio Application > Tools menu,to start the document wizard, while trying to generate an Application document.

Another place where you can find it is to open the application overview and select Document Application from the Action Menu.

In my case, Document option can be accessed from Designer Studio menu. But when I click the "Document now" button, the document is not generated and Microsoft Word does not open. I have installed the SilverLight app.
