Movable pop up

Hi

We want to open a link in overlay/modal dialog but it should be dragable by the user to match and validate information behind. How can we make the pop up screen as move able ?

Hi,

thank You for your comments , I tried customizing it but there are options like backgroud,size formating etc but there is nothing available which can make it movable/dragable . How can we achieve that ?
