Report Database

For reports its recommended to use Report Database (Note: Configuration done in Database Rule) which maintains the copy of the Work object Database instances instead of the Work object Database Instance directly.

Will the Report Database be appended with the instances whenever the new entires come into the Work object Database instance?

Is the Report Database a View (SQL Related)?

Generally, customers will use a bulk update to the reporting database at night or when there is system downtime. Customers will use BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) to facilitate the updating of the reporting warehouse.
