Proposition

Hi All,

 

I have a confusion regarding the proposition defination, can some one please carify on it.

What is a Propostion?

Ans 1) The proposed course of Action.

Ans 2) Any thing that can be offered to a customer. What ever presented to customer as a next best action.

 

Can any one please answer which one of the above option is correct and kindly explain it in detail.

In Pega Decision Management, propositions are anything that can be offered to a customer. This can include things like advertisements, products, offer bundles, even service actions. Whatever is presented to the customer as the Next‐Best‐Action is called a proposition. The actual definition is: “The proposed course of action.”
