why pxCoveredCount needed when pxCoveredInskeys is there ?

Hi,

In case management chapter under the section "Understand Key Properties Related to the Parent Case and Subcases". I see there are two properties pxCoveredInskeys and pxCoveredCount explained. 

 

My question is why do we need pxCoveredCount when we can easily get the count from the number of pxCoveredInsKeys added to the parent case ?
