Pre Pega Environment Scanner Fail report

Hi, We are in the process of upgrading to pega 7.1.8. We tried to run the Environment Scanner but we encountered an error in the report generated. It says

Failed: User MUST have Create View and Create Procedure privileges in database - Oracle

We tried to login in the DB with the user we provided and we can View and Create Procedure.

Any idea what is this privileges all about? Is it looking for different procedure?

The tool iterates through system privileges to identify whether CREATE VIEW and CREATE PROCEDURE privileges are available i.e. privileges directly granted to user. If the user derives the privilege from one of the roles granted that may not be captured

If you can ensure that the privileges are indeed available for the user, the failure message can be safely ignored
