Preupgrade environment scanner - Unable to load platform XML Connection refused
Hi,
We've been trying to run the preupgrade environment scanner and kept getting the error "Unable to load platform XML Connection refused", right after entering the path to the config.properties file.
The program didn't exit there but continue to ask to select a Application Server option and there were nothing to choose from.
What XML platform is it trying to load? How can we fix this?

Scanner expects working internet connection to download the application server and operating system list.
Please ensure that you are connected to internet and see whether any firewall blocks the program from connecing to internet

Any idea how is it connecting to the Internet, like protocol, port, etc.? All the machines I tried on have internet connection. It would be helpful if those information are readily available or even some sort of workaround.
