Error while specifying Harness on a Navigation Action

I have created a Harness 'MyHarness' and using this on Navigation Rule for the click action of an item throws an error : "Section 'MyHarness' execution error on page 'myPage' of class 'Data-Portal'. : Problem in JSP fragment"

Specying the same harness on an action to open a Landing page instead of Harness works fine.

Please let me know why we have issues when Harness is used.
