Tabbed navigation & local action: tabs disapears

I have a custom harness TabbedScreenFlow. On a flow, which harness uses, defined a local action(Perform harness).

If I call local action from Actions menu and go back to tabs (from Actions menu), tabs disappears. If I refresh current assignment - tabs appears. So, question is: how do I fix it?
