I have created an application, on every assignment its sending emails to manager for approve or reject by using SendEmailNotification. In the message content i want to include  a case manager 7 portal. So, that on click the manager portal has to be opened.

Hi Hari,

As per your requirement mentioned above, you can accomplish by sending the approve or reject links in the email contnet by using emails action section, this would be provided to the non-pega users. Just the user can approve or reject the case and based on the action taken you can process the case either in the approval or rejection process.

You need to configure inbound email listener to read your action(approval or rejection) and resume the flow.

in the same email you can show have the link for the case to be opened in the read only mode with out asking for any credentials.

Approach 2:- An email with link for work object when clicked opens in read only or review mode, this email contains additional links called email actions
when clicked an email would be replied to PRPC.

Inbound email need to be configured to read the action performed by the user.
