cannot open exercise system

I cannot open the exercise system on interface for reuse and maintenability.

When I try to open in a different window I receive a message "This page can't be displayed".

I already deleted all cookies, history, temporary files,  etc for IE.

What can be? I never had this problem till now.

Unfortunately there were some issues accessing Pega Academy in the last few days, however, the issue should be resolved.

No the issue still exists.

I'm not able to download solution  for SAE II 7.1 across all chapers. I get the error "Unable to open the attachment. You lack the required permissions." . The link to download the PDFs is also not visible.
