2. You can try passing parameter for ChildClass

3. Ideally, i believe when you try to run this on Pagelist, pxobjClass of the each embedded page should be the class of your child Wok object.

4. you can use 'AddCoveredWork' OOTB activity to create child cases.

Please check the following:

1) Did you mention the child class in the coverable work types of parent work object case type rule ?

2) If you are using declare page for child class parameter, check if the declare page is loaded with proper class name ?
