pxAddChildWork: The class of the child work object is not specified
I'm running into this error when i try to 'Approve' this Onboarding step to advance to the next step. Please see attachment.
How do I overcome this error? If you need more information, please let me know.

This looks like a configuration problem in Case Lifecycle. Is your child case configured completely? I agree with Patrick. When you case configuration is not complete, you will run into this kind of issues.

Did anybody find the solution for this?
We're having the same problem, followed all the training steps and still getting this error.
Attached to this post is a picture with the parent case life cycle design that shows how the Create Case step is setup.
Any help/suggestions are welcome, thank you.

The screenshot above is correct. Please make sure in the Cases Explorer that Benefits Enrollment is indeed a child case of Onboarding first. This can be verified by seeing that Benefits Enrollment is "indented" under Onboarding in the Cases Explorer (see attached TopCaseSubCase-CasesExplorer.png)..

Yes, the parent and child cases appear just like in your screenshot.

I am also experiencing this issue when going through the System Architect training. Was there a resolution posted?

The solution turn out to be quite simple:
1. Go to the child case life cycle, click 'Save'
2. Go to the parent case life cycle, click on the step that creates the child case so you see the child case settings on the right panel, click 'Save'
That did it for us, crazy huh?
