Business Events in Pega 7

Hi All,

I am trying to configure business events in Pega 7.1.5.

Following the instruction provided in the below url i was able to successfully configure the same, however am not receiving an mail or RSS feeds. Even the debug event doesn't seem to be working.

If anybody has faced similar issue and was succesfully able to get this functionality working please revert.
