Hi, several mechnisms:

- Post value action to post a single editable field based on an event (onchange,...)

- Refresh section action will post all properties in the refreshed section (s)

Handl coded Javascript isn't recommended.

We have a filter button with 9 filter criteria drop downs. User allowed to select different filter criterias and hit the filter for the result. 

Currently every time user selected the dropdown we are posting the value on change to pick the updated value for the button to excecute the filter activity.

In the performance perspective posting the dropdown value for every change is not a good practice, it would be better if we can post them when the user clicks on filter button.

Please let me know your thoughts.
