User Name and Date Timestamp in exported file

Hello,

When a user exports the report into excel or PDF, business wants the user name (who ran this report) and the datetimestamp(when this report was exported) to be embedded in the excel/PDF, and also wants to customize the exported excel/PDF file name.

Any quick fix?
