Create a top case and switch to the case automatically
Now we have an need as below:
In a case, an operator finish input and click the Submit button,
then the next what the operator see is the beginning assignment of an new case(the same case type).
**the operator do not need to switch to Case management Portal to select the new case.
How can we implement the rule to meet need?
