Case Specialization - Rule types created automatically

I have a doubt in the following Question:

I have a doubt in the following Question:

Which of the following rule types is always automatically created as a result of case specialization? (Choose One)
Flow
Case Type
Class Group
When

The Answer in the COURSE is 'Case Type'. But observed on specializing a CASE Type, it created a new separate Flow also for 'Starting Process'  StartTRUE, as a copy of pyStartCase.

Could you please confirm is it, not always the case?
