How to get control if another user approves item from Work Basket
Hi,
Requirement:
User submits an assignment and item should be dropped to Workbasket for approval need to show a screen to User stating "Please someone is working on it" once approved this screen should proceed to next assignment.
How should i bring the control back once the item is approved from Work Basket.

Consider using a Decision Table, the ToDecisionTable Activity for routing. Once the item is approved, the next assignement will determine the operator based on the dynamic routing with the decision table. Set Route To : Custom. Set Router : ToDecisionTable

Routing is not a problem how do i send control back to screen without user intervention, stating Item is Approved and proceed. One way is to set timer and using Java script check every 10 sec is it approved if yes finish assignment. is there any Out of Box feature.

There is no OOTB feature. Other opttion should be to setup an agent to check for the status or use a declarative rule (e.g. declare expression, declare onChange) to listen for a change in the expression value to cause the target to update and/or call an activity.
