Exercise system does not start
I am going through the Fundamentals course and am on the first exercise 'Use the Case Manager to Process a Case'. I click on the 'Open Exercise System' link at the bottom of the page and nothing happens. I would appreciate if someone could send me a URL that works.

The username and password is obtained from the instructions in the exercise, and not your PDN username/password. Which username and password did you use?

It appears you may have accidentally deleted the HRServices application rule 2 days ago! I have recreated it and you should now be able to login using Developer01.

In your case, your Employee Reimbursement application had been deleted about an hour ago. It's been restored and you should now be able to login.

It may be easier for you to create another application using a different name, e.g. WorkerReimbursement (swapping Employee with Worker). This will allow you to continue working with your current exercise system by creating a new application.

Hello Chuat,
I'm experiencing a similar issue, but I managed to login to Developer01 back, the main problem is when I try to use the Application shortname, and it says "** An implementation ruleset with the name EmpReimb already exists." - meaning I can't just recreate a new one, right? I'll later need to use it.
Is there a way to delete this ruleset? Where, please?

Dear Diego,
Your issue is similar to so many others before you! You had the Employee:01-01-01 Application rule deleted and this is causing an issue for Developer01 to login, because this is the default access group associated with this operator!
I have restored the rule, so you should be able to login now.

The system is up. I am able to connect to the exercise system for the Fundamentals 7.1 course via the same link you are mentioning without difficulty. Can you please log out of Pega Academy and PDN, log back in and try the link again please?

When you click the Open exercise system link, be sure that popups are enabled. If you are using the Chrome browser, you will see a small icon at the top right of your screen, that has a red X. Click this to enable pop-ups.

Dear all,
I'm going through the Fundamentals Course. Since yesterday I am not able to access the exercise system by using following credentials:
Username: Developer01
Password: password
I type in those credentials and nothing happens. The Site only reloads and I have to type in the credentials mentioned above. This is a never ending loop.
I succeeded once to get access with the Developer01 user and tried to create a New Application. But then after creating this application I got into this endless loop.
Can you help me please?
