Will IGNORE DUPLICATE FILE NAMES work even if we are not saving LOG-SERVICE-FILE instances
Hi,
IGNORE DUPLICATE FILE NAMES? makes the system to check the instances of LOG-SERVICE-FILE class, in order to avoid processing of files with same file name. However I'm not able to understand the system behavior in the below scenarios. Could someone please help me.
1. Will PRPC process the file with same name after some time or It will ignore that file until the LOG-SERVICE-FILE instances are deleted?
2. If I select "ignore duplicate file names?" and don't select "Persist LOG-SERVICE-FILE instances", what will happen if I place same file in the secure directory again?

2. If you select "ignore duplicate file names?" and don't select "Persist LOG-SERVICE-FILE instances", I guess it'll process the file if the file name is not in memory (cache)
Persist LOG-SERVICE-FILE instances?: When not selected, instances of this class present in server JVM memory only and are discarded when the server is stopped.
