Do you know where can I find the white papers

white paper “Next-Best-Action Marketing” and

white paper “Predictive-Analytics-The-Bottom-Line”

They are listed as "required" to pass the CNC certification, but I cannot find them in the DSM course or searching the pdn site.

Hi Marco,

 

I don´t have the documents in the "Related" section, there is just the link to the support forum.

I´m enrolled in the DSM: decisioning fundamentals (v6.2).

I cannot open the links you posted, I'm getting an authorization error message.
