Login to Pega Academy, from your Login Profile select View Transcript

This will open a window off all completed courses as well as certifications.  Find the CSA certification, click the Download Link, open the PDF and print away.

So Pega doesn't provide test takers with paper copy?

Pega does not provide test takers with a paper copy.  During our Go Green initiative we have made all the certificate available via download and you can print them at your discretion.
