Where do I get the RAP files for SAE 7.1 PVS?

I was pulled away from training for a couple of weeks and my online progress was lost. 

I have a local PVS up and running now and I'm having trouble locating the RAP files for getting my environment back to the part in the course that I left off. 

I'm looking for the links to the RAP files for 7.1 I'm in section 5 data elements and also instructions on how to add that to my PVS.
