You should also take the Leveraging Pega 7 Pega Academy self-study course. This course prepares individuals who are familiar with Pega 6.x with the new features available in Pega 7. Also, individuals who hold a CSA certification or higher will receive a "Pega 7 Ready" badge upon completion of the course , indicating that they are familar with the new functionality.

If you're new to Pega and looking to become certified, you could start with Pega 7 Fundamentals, it will give you a quick overview of the Pega 7 Platform. From there I recommend System Architect Essentials I and System Architect Essentials II. That will get you on the path to a Certified System Architect certification.
