Trying to think of this from the perspective of someone who doesn't know Pega, which I assume is the intent. I think it would be really helpful if there was a "Show me How" video that showed the basic steps to getting an app going. Simple example, the Service request finishes "Resolved-Completed" If you create a new case it will finish "New". I'm not sure it's obvious to a newbee how to change this. A quick here is how you build one from scratch, I think would help get people started.

I completely agree. When you first open Pega Express, assuming you are not familiar with the product in the first place (that's me!), it's entirely unclear what to do. How about a welcome screen that says something like "Welcome to Pega Express! Click >here< to start your experience with the power of Pega"
Then....a video or at the least a continuous series of "here's what to do next" shoudl come up. Right now, you're lost after the first screen or two as to what to do next.
