My requirement is to accept a value (temperature in celsius ) in a text box and display corresponding fahren heat value in another textbox.By calling the following wsdl url ...

 

http://www.w3schools.com/webservices/tempconvert.asmx?WSDL

 

Please explain how to do this in pega 7.

Use Connect Soap rule to get temperature in an appropriate property. Call this connect soap rule in the flow in an integrator rule.
