We are about to plan the deployment of a Dev, test and integration environment, as well as a user acceptance and live. 

Has anyone used multi tenant option for putting multiple environments on the same hardware to save virtualising 3 app servers and managing them individually? Would mean better use of resources but not sure if there would be issues with org name clashes or anything,

If we go down 3 virtual app servers I assume from reading the deploy guide I can point them all at a single oracle database and give them each their own schema names so have just one database

Live will be on its own kit
