Upgrade Question
Is there any mechanism by which we can verify that Upgrade process have picked up everything from the lower version. we have recently performed an upgrade from prpc 6.3 sp1 to prpc 7.1.8 version. this information is required urgently.

Hi Sahup,
we have used the upgrade steps given by pega and upgraded to 7.1.8 version and CMF version to 7.1.2 version. we have not used designerstudio-application-distribution-PacKage for creation. is there any way to verify whether upgrade has not missed out anything in pega 6.3 sp1.

Hi Srinivas,
What kind of upgrade you have performed? As per my understanding, use of application package wizard is not required for upgrade process.
If you have performed in place upgrade - Upgrade utility will upgrade all the rules in the same schema only.
In case of out of place upgrade, migrate.bat/sh utility will take care of migrating all the DB objects.
In both the cases, you need to run post upgrade utility to ensure that all rules from lower version have been upgraded succesfully.
