Update status in an offer flow.

I realize update stautus shape updates interaction history. If we have more than one update status shape in our offer flow, will it update the interaction history more than once?

Erica,

Yes, your assumption is correct.

You can easily verify this by adding a couple of Status Update shapes to an Offer Flow, run the Marketing Program and inspect the Interaction History landing page.

Erica,

That depends on the flow of the offer.

For sure it will update Interaction History when the flow is started. In addition Interaction History is updated when the offer flows through the Update Status shape.
