Unit 2: Issue with drop down in Exercise for Operators, Portals and Cases
Hello,
I am attempting to complete the exercise for Operators, Portals and Cases. After selecting "Create a Candidate Case" and filling out the mandatory fields on "Collect Personal Info", I am unable to select anythning in the "Position Applied For" field. Clicking on the drop down arrow does not produce a list. I am unable to submit this page to proceed with the exercise.
I am using Chrome.

We've seen this happen a couple of times before. The exercise you are performing gives you a chance to experience creating a case without making edits. The table is in a shared area and the data seems to occasionally get stale. This makes it appear as if the position table isn't there (I just tried the exercise, and the data shows up for me).
You can try to log out of the exercise system, clear your cache and cookies, close all of your browser windows, and then open your browser and try again. If this doesn't work, please let me know and we can see if a system reset is required.
