Setting Dynamic Title on RD Chart

I am trying to get Dynamic title on Report Definition Chart but was not successful, need some pointers how to achieve as shown in fig below. I tried with both Param as well as Pagename, neither work.

Someone suggested an approach to use Page property wrapped in tags {} and it worked on Summary type report but it doesn't work on Report Definition.
