Ruleset List - do the rulesets specified as prerequisite become part of the ruleset list?

Hi, I am relatively new to PEGA.  Can someone please help clarify if the rulesets specified as prerequisites become part of the ruleset list that is used during runtime?  To test this, I created a new ruleset and included it as a pre-requisite on one of my application rulesets.  However, I do not see that ruleset included when I view all the rulesets on my operator profile.  Thanks!

Hi,

Pega will let you add a prerequisite RS without complaining, of course.

Log off and log back in, still ok and no prerequisite RS in the RS list.

Now, you will not be able to save your application rule. Try to save it and it will complain about your prerequisite RS which is not in the list of RS of your application.
