In the course, on page 53 of the Student Guide it states:

Only certain rule types can be parameterized They are:
 Sections
 Flows
 Data Transforms
 Activities
 Functions
 Messages
 Collections

Yet other rules, such as Decision Tables and When rules have Parameter tabs.   Can they not also be parameterized?
