Query on SSA 7.1 Quiz question on Data Pages

Can somebody help me understand how is the highlighted answer below the correct answer? Thanks in advance.

Question:

Which of the following changes to the definition of a data page would require a change to how the page is referenced? (Choose One)
Changing the scope from Thread to Node
Adding an additional required parameter
Adding a when rule to the refresh strategy
Changing the edit mode from read only to editable

Hi Giridhar,

If the Data Page is already being used (referenced) in your application, and you add a new Parameter that is REQUIRED, that would necessitate modifying everywhere the Data Page is currently referenced (used) to add the newly REQUIRED Parameter in order for the Data Page to work correctly.  All the other changes (answer options) listed for the question do not require changing how the Data Page is currently Referenced.
