What values will get set in the below two properties ??

pxMoveOriginalKey

pzOriginalInstanceKey

pxMoveOriginalKey - Sets pzInsKey of the same rule When you move the rule to a different environment

pzOriginalInstanceKey - Sets pzInsKey of the rule you save as, for example, if you save as a rule from 01-01-01 to 01-01-02, pzOriginalInstanceKey of 01-01-02 will be pzInsKey of 01-01-01 version
