ProblemFlow_StuckFlowConnectorMissing Verifier les documents

hello! can somebody help me please i get this error when i run a step that content a decision shape "ProblemFlow_StuckFlowConnectorMissing Verifier les documents"  . i'm using PRPC 7.1 .

Check the decision shape in the flow. The connector "verifier les documents" is either missing all together from the flow, or is not actually connected to the decision shape.

Ok, but the issue is the result of the decision does not match either of the connectors, so the flow is stuck at the decision shape. 

Start with the result of the decision. Make sure those are as they should be. Then, make sure the connectors correctly match to a result of the decision, and that all results from the decision are accounted for with a connector.
