Postgres and pega issue

i'm trying to upgrade pega from pega 7.1.5 to 7.1.7 but i'm having problem with postgress 9.3 ,  there are two java libraries pljava.jar and pljava.so that are no available for this postgres version. Can i use a later postgres version with pega 7.1.7.

For installation of PEGA 7 with Postgresql 9.3 use https://pdn.pega.com/documents/pega-718-installation-guide-for-apache-tomcat-on-postgresql

Section: Database Server Setup.
PEGA 7.1.8 supports Postgresql 9.3.x.
PEGA 7.1.7 only support Postgresql 9.1.x.

 

So, try using PEGA 7.1.8.
