We are planning to migrate our Pega applications and associated data running on Oracle to Postgres. We would like to know what are the options and recommended best practices for migration.

Taking RAPs and importing into Pega base product running on postgres is one pattern but we would like to know how Pega Cloud Teams are other clients dealing with this problem space. 

I've referred articles in pega community and support center, but no luck, no one has given precise answer.
