Possible issues in migrating product from 6.X to 7.1
While Pega upgrade is going on from 6.X to 7, we want to continue parallel development work in a separate DEV box in version PRPC 6. When we will be migrating those delta DEV work to the upgrade as RAP in the new PRPC 7 environment, will there be any issue during that PRPC 6 version RAP import into PRPC 7?

Nope, you can still import the PRPC 6 version RAP into Pega7 instance.
However you would like to carefully evealute the post upgrade fixes like UI Converson because you dont want to override the Upgrade fixes by newly imported RAP rules.

To add on here,
If you try to use the OOTB rules by saving those rules in your ruleset and start customising (during the delta period) that then you need to take care of merging the same rule from Pega 7 after importign the RAP in Pega 7.
