Issues faced while moving an Application from Pega 6.x version to Pega 7.1 version.

Hi,

I wanted to know what all issues we face when upgrading an application from Pega 6 version to Pega 7 version. What all measures are needed to be taken for upgrading an Application.

I have few basic queries regarding the same like :

Pega 6 had a single Schema where as Pega 7 has split schema i.e. PegaRules and PegaData. So here what do we need to do?
