Pegasystem vouchers for CLSA

i have received a Pegasystem voucher from my Company  and scheduled an exam for 31st Oct via pearson vue. I was advised to use the voucher by 31st Oct as it will be expiring that day. Can now reschedule the exam to a later date considering the fact that it has already been consumed? Is it impertive that i have to take the exam on 31st Oct? Will my exam be forfeited if i reschedule it because the voucher is expiring on 31st Oct?

Hi,

The codes have just been extended so if you cannot reschedule this one you can create a new schedule. If that will not work I have to escalte this to PEga Academy.

Can you let me know till when the codes have been extended so that i can adjust my schedule accordingly?
