How to implement pagination on summarized report definitions?

There is no easy way to have pagination on a Summary Report Definition as the setting doesn’t exist. The thought behind a summary report definition is that that your list should never be so long as to need to page through the information. You could try a drill down report that would be a list of the summarized information and page through that report.
