ORA-12899: Value too large for column length while performing Rule Migration (Step before rules upgrade).
We have noticed rule migration failure with two tables
PR_INDEX_WARNINGS"."PXREFERENCINGDESCRIPTION" (actual: 65, maximum: 64)
PR4_FIELDVALUE"."PYFIELDVALUE" (actual: 70, maximum: 64)
Note: Customer is using the SI framework
