Not able to see the Data tables created

Hello Techies,

I've been facing some challeges to fix the issue associated with IE8 in my machine.

Issue:

Not able to see the Data tables created. Only blank rows are getting displayed.

I could not find the recommended windows updates (kb975170 and kb2554771) to install. 

Can somebody please help me how this issue can be fixed ?
