Created a new extract for BIX.. but not able to see the FileSpecifications tab.

Hello,

I created a new extract file. But in the rule definition, i am not able to see any "File Specifications" tab. I am not sure why it is not showing up.

Is there any specific role or privilege required to see that tab?

I have attached the screenshot of the Extract Rule definition.

I am trying to export  a set of properties to a CSV file. But since there is no file specifications tab visible, cannot set the destination location.

Appreciate any help on this.
