Not able to create the SR

I am not able to create the SR. Getting access denied error. earlier I was able to create the SR's.

There was a problem during the middle of the day which caused some users to get "Access Denied" when accessing My Support Portal.  It has since been resolved.  Please remember you can also call the Global Customer Support hotline if you have urgent support needs.
