Hi All,
We have built POC on Pega 7 enviornment. And now we want to migrate same application to
Pega 6.2 SP2 enviornment.
Is that possible ?
If Yes, what is the best possible approach.
If No, What are all the reasons for the same.

Hi,
Unfortunately no, downgrading is not possible at this time. The Pega Upgrade and Installation Assistant only allows for the upgrading of Pega Repositories not downgrading them to older Pega versions.

May I know what are the rule types you modified ?
If you have made use of Pega 7 features, can you try to take a RAP of the rules and try importing into Pega 6.2
If it allows, then try to change all prerequsites to Pega 6.2 rulesets and perform Revaldiate & Save.

Direct code base migration cannot be done from higher to lower pega prpc version due to backward incompatible issues
We had recently tried and proved it does not work as-is.
